Borislav Djurasic

Founder 

Over 20 years of experience in construction and carpentry. 15 years of experience in management within the industry. Worked as a carpenter for a national home builder Centex homes in Austin, Texas during the early 2000’s. He moved to Southampton, New York in 2003 and started working as a project manager for Tom O’Donoghue Associates. Created Hamptons Fine Carpentry in 2006. 

Stefan Djurasic

Partner

Stefan is a partner at Hamptons Fine Carpentry. He has a variety of roles leading the business. His focus is on client relations and client acquisitions. He started working in the field as a carpenter and progressed into a project manager. He still spends a lot of time in the field ensuring quality is met to the standards his father Borislav has set. Stefan also is responsible for all HFC Maintenance clients. His detailed eye is what clients love about him. In his free time, he likes to go surfing and fishing. Stefan is also the financial chair of the non for profit called Restore Our Towns.

Milos Djurasic

Partner

Milos is a partner in Hamptons Fine Carpentry. He focuses on project management and sub-contractor relations. He participates in managing of people, resources and scope of the project. He works as a communication link between the sub-contractors and the builder. Milos is on the board of Restore our Towns non-profit. In his free time he loves surfing and fishing. 

Boris Djurasic

Partner 

Boris is a partner in Hamptons Fine Carpentry. He focuses on design and project management. From an academic perspective his background in project management stems from dissertation research examining iterative project management. His areas of research include construction management, PDCA and its derivatives, as well as organizational change. He is a part of the Long Island Project Management Institute and serves on the steering committee for The Long Island Agile User Group. 

 

Boris is currently pursuing a master’s in architecture. He is a part of The American Institute of Architects. His desire to preserve the essence of historic architecture can be seen in his involved in the non-profit Restore Our Towns. He has been a part of the soccer community and worked on the coaching staff of Southampton Intermediate School, Southampton High School, two NCCA D3 schools and a NCAA D1.
